Heritage Breed, Grass Fed and Finished, Wyoming Lamb

Our lamb is bound to make your tastebuds dance in anticipation for all kinds of nutrient-dense and delicious meals. Our sheep are heritage breed, Icelandic sheep, that are completely grown and finished on Wyoming grass pastures. Wyoming is well-known across the country for it's high-altitude pastures that pack a nutrient-filled punch when it comes to grazing. This lends itself to amazing nutrition-filled meats and a smooth lamb flavor that the Icelandic breed of sheep is well-known for. Our sheep have converted many a lamb-hater into lamb lovers!

Did you know most lamb on grocery store shelves in the US comes from other countries like Australia, and New Zealand? It is very difficult to find American Lamb on grocery store shelves in the US.

Our lamb is born, raised, and processed all within a 20 mile radius, centered just north of Laramie Wyoming. so you can feel good about nourishing your body, supporting your local Wyoming community, and eating sustainably with minimized carbon emissions.

We also prioritize using all parts of the animal, in products like our hand-tanned hides, cleaned skulls, sustainable wool rugs, and dog treats. So you can eat well, knowing the animals that feed you and your family were treated with respect, honored in their ultimate sacrifice, and no parts of them contributed to the local landfill.
