Our Grass-Fed Grass-Finished Wyoming-Raised-Icelandic lamb has wowed our customers for years. Icelandic lamb is known for turning lamb-haters into lamb-lovers due to it's mild and smooth, yet rich and buttery flavor and tenderness.
We will help you select the perfect cuts to ensure maximum enjoyment of your purchase!
Pricing:
Lamb will be ready in November of this year. I am taking deposits of $350 for whole lambs and $200 for half lambs. This purchases the meat. The processing fee will be due when your meat is picked up or delivered.
Choose from three options for Taste of the Wind Lamb this year
USDA Harvest at Bear Mountain Beef
Lamb cuts processed at the USDA Plant will be vac-packed in plastic (your choice).
Custom lamb processing is $250 for a whole lamb and $125 for a half-lamb. Prices are subject to change per Bear Mountain Beef's policies. For more info please visit: https://www.bearmountainbeef.com/make-an-appointment
Total processing costs will be due to Bear Mountain Beef when lamb is ready for pickup at the butcher.
Self-Harvest: Come harvest your own lamb on the ranch just outside of Laramie this Fall!
Self-harvest is free of charge and will not require any further payment on harvest day.
If you would like to split a lamb, bring a friend to your harvest day!

Sheep Hide and Head are NOT included in this package. If you would like to take home your animals raw hide and/or skull you will need to pay an additional $100
