That was my thought when I tried these potatoes my friends Caitlin and Tom Youngquist of Circle Y Farms, grew in Worland, Wyoming this summer.

I had to pause after my first bite, when I realized these potatoes have this lovely, velvety, almost-floral flavor and aroma to them.
I couldn't pin point it at first, but then it came to me...

These boxes are filled with about half Desiree (Red) and half Golden Globe (Gold), unsized, unwashed, pesticide-free, delicious, rich, creamy, sweet, locally-grown, chocolatey potatoes!
