This past weekend was the Wyoming Food Coalition Conference, which Peter and I played a HUGE role in pulling together.

I knew we would be quite brain dead and possibly stuck in Riverton due to roads, so typing up my usually-meaty weekly email probably wasn't going to happen.

Peter, has been begging me to let him write an email to you guys, so here it is:

I was just informed that this Sunday is Superbowl Sunday.
I hate watching sports, we don't even have a TV in our house, and we really like it that way!
But, the rest of my family loves watching games of all kinds.
So, I find myself watching a couple of games a year, so I can enjoy a family activity with them. They do make it a lot more fun!
Every year for Super Bowl Sunday, I make something to bring and eat, so I have a little extra something to look forward to in between the family chatter.
You know, something to distract myself with while I’m supposed to be staring at a screen watching a bunch of overpaid adults in tights, contributing to one of the most wasteful industries on our planet…lol!
This week I thought I would share two of my favorite game-day recipes with you. So you could have something to look forward to during the Super Bowl too.
and
GAMEDAY Cheesy Bratwurst Casserole
Need some Wyoming-Grown, Grass-Finished, Heritage-Beef Hot Dogs and/or Beer Brats and Cheddar Brats to include in these recipes?

You can order these HERE!
P.S.- I discounted them just for this week!
Happy Superbowl!
See you in my next email, if not before....
