This year we are excited to be sourcing our birds from MelissaHof Hatchery in Lander Wyoming. She raises 4 different types of dual-purpose heritage breed chickens for their hardiness, nutrient density, and flavor.
These chickens are SO tender and juicy! Raised on pasture with access to fresh water from an artesian well, sub-irrigated pastures, and Wyoming fresh air and sunshine. You can taste the happiness in every bite of our fresh pastured chicken.
Only Available in Wyoming (no-out-of-state Shipping).
Deposits are $10 per bird. You will be billed for the remainder of your chicken by weight at $6.50/lb once they are processed and ready.
We process our birds ourselves on the Farm. They are shrink-wrapped, labelled, weighed and frozen immediately after processing.
If you would like you bird fresh/un-frozen, you can message us to arrange for pickup at the Farm on processing day.
